- Contingency search
- Contingency search is a process in which we utilise our existing database, proactively contacting those who are suitable in the market. This method follows a referral and recommendation process to identify professionals that are looking to advance their career with a new opportunity. We carry out in-depth screening of candidates, using biographical and competency based interviewing techniques to verify their skills and achievements. We will then provide a shortlist of recommended candidates; counselling each successful applicant through the interview, offer and inevitable counter offer process.
- Advertised search
- Advertised search runs alongside our database and contingency search to widen the opportunity for a higher volume of suitable applicants. Unlike other boutique search agencies we invest in all key media networks to ensure the campaign will reach the right target market to attract the best candidates. This can be run as a client or RS Executive branded campaign in order to protect your identity in the market. We then qualify and screen all applicants saving your business time and money before presenting our recommended shortlist forward for interview.
